ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT
Our department began its educational activities as an evening program in the 1992–1993 academic year and continues to provide education with its academic and administrative staff. Students who successfully complete the associate degree program may continue their formal undergraduate education by obtaining a valid score from the Vertical Transfer Examination (DGS). In addition, students may transfer directly to the 3rd year of related undergraduate programs at the Open Education Faculty without an exam.
Graduates of the Accounting and Tax Applications Program may transfer vertically—provided they achieve a sufficient DGS score—to the following undergraduate departments: Labor Economics and Industrial Relations, Economics, Economics and Finance, Econometrics, Business Administration, Logistics Management, Cost Accounting, Accounting and Auditing, Accounting and Financial Management, International Finance, International Finance and Banking, International Business Management, International Trade, International Trade and Finance, International Trade and Business, International Trade and Logistics, and Management Information Systems.
